Nice presentation of three planes in service in the 50's: a Spitfire, a Vampire and an F-86 Sabre. This piece, made of wood, brass and copper (the rods), is certainly a work with English origin taking into account the aircrafts represented. Perhaps it was an office adornment for a pilot or a base commander... The planes have an average wingspan of 15 cm (5.9") and are presented on a base that measures 32 cm x 22.5 (12.6" x 8.9"), the set having a weight of 3.2 kg!
