Nice scale model of a radial engine with its propeller. It is a static model and only the propeller can be turned to change its position. This is an old model with some flaws, including a missing part (one pushrod) and minor repairs — see photos. The piece comes with a set of small wrenches. It is a very beautiful display item which is likely dates back at least to the 1930s but probably it's even older!
