Large factory model of the prototype of the Corvette (Sud Aviation logo) probably made by La Maquette d'Etude et d'Exposition. The wooden model with plexiglass inclusions (cockpit and windows) is in the 1/20th scale (wingspan 62 cm / 24.4", length 68 cm / 26.8"); its base is made of wood and aluminum. Unfortunately the temperature and humidity variations affected this wooden object and its paint cracked (larger and detailled pictures upon request). However, it remains a very pretty and particularly rare old piece!
