Established in 2003, Le Comptoir de l'Aviation is turning 20. It's the age of maturity, a time to consider the future and make decisions for the years to come.

Over the past 20 years, the store's activities have evolved and diversified. Firstly, the majority of sales now happen online, even for customers in Paris and secondly, the restoration of models has gradually developed over the years, especially with the advent of 3D technology.

That’s requiring adaptation and evolution. That's why the online sales and the restoration activities, which were previously carried out in two separate locations - in Paris for the store and in Senonches (near the cities of Chartres) for the workshop - will now be consolidated at the workshop.

By the end of this year, the Parisian store, which serves as showroom, will definitely close its doors. However, after that, we’ll be able to arrange meetings in Paris or at the workshop if you'd like to see the items before making a decision or if you'd prefer a pick up option rather than shipping.

This closure is neither a farewell nor even a goodbye, but rather a page that is turning. It won't change anything for the most of you. We'll still be in touch through the website and social networks, as we've always been.

The life of the store continues, and you'll still receive new items alerts.
