A Boeing B 737-100 cutaway model

Here is a new large-scale restoration project: a 1/25 scale Boeing B 737-100 (115 cm long). This one is intended to represent the first version of the aircraft used by Lufthansa, the B 737-130.

The model itself, made of resin, which has been sanded, requires the creation of two engines, of all transparent parts and of several other accessories. It is also necessary to plan the creation of landing gear for a more dynamic presentation.

It is an curious model since the level of craftsmanship and accuracy of the model does not correspond to that of its interior fittings, which could be the work - perhaps later- of an enthusiast. Although their arrangement is in line with that of the first Boeing 737-130 of Lufthansa, all interior elements need to be redone!
