Photo of the Bernard 191 GR n°2, aboard which a first French crew crossed the North Atlantic on June 13 and 14, 1929, from West to East, from Old Orchard Beach (USA) to Oyambre (Spain). The crew consisted of Armand Lotti (aircraft owner), Jean Assolant (pilot) and René Lefèvre (navigator). The photo, a vintage silver print (Agence ROL) is signed by all the crew members. A souvenir of this great adventure in which a stowaway took part. Size 13 cm x 18 cm (5.1" x 7.1").
